FlipYo is a peer-to-peer (P2P) technology platform that connects individuals who wish to lend items ("Lenders") with individuals who wish to borrow items ("Renters"). FlipYo does not itself lend, rent, sell, own, or take possession of any item listed on the platform.
FlipYo acts solely as an intermediary. Every transaction is a private agreement made directly between a Lender and a Renter. FlipYo is not a party to that agreement and assumes no responsibility for the condition, safety, legality, or quality of any listed item; the conduct of any Lender or Renter; or the performance, cancellation, or outcome of any individual transaction. Full responsibility for each transaction rests with the Lender and the Renter involved. See our Terms of Service for details.
